My husband and I decided to look for a vacation home in Florida. We live in New Jersey. We flew in one weekend and spent a day with an agent looking at properties. The next day we went on our own to open houses. At one open house, we met Lorraine Neal. We spent a few minutes talking with her and she was very informative as far as the different developments, what to look for, what to look out for etc. I felt she told us more in those few minutes than the agent we spent an entire day with. When we decided to return to Florida again to continue our search, I remembered Lorraine and we reached out to her. We literally spent 4 hours with her and we found a house and put an offer in. During the entire process from the offer being presented to the closing, Lorraine went beyond what any real estate would have gone. Being here in New Jersey during the entire process she made sure everything went smoothly. Besides guiding us thru the purchasing process, she also recommended vendors for me since I was not familiar with anyone in Florida. Again went over and above what a normal agent would have done. Even after the closing, she let me know that if we needed any help we could reach out to her.
