My husband and I decided to look for a vacation home in Florida. We live in New Jersey. We flew in one weekend and spent a day with an agent looking at properties. The next day we went on our own to open houses. At one open house, we met Lorraine Neal. We spent a few minutes talking with her and she was very informative as far as the different developments, what to look for, what to look out for etc. I felt she told us more in those few minutes than the agent we spent an entire day with. When we decided to return to Florida again to continue our search, I remembered Lorraine and we reached out to her. We literally spent 4 hours with her and we found a house and put an offer in.
